




Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating and executing human talent management, payroll, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS), disciplinary processes, occupational well-being, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensively manage human talent 2. Coordinate the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS) and occupational well-being 3. Ensure compliance with labor regulations Coordinate and execute human talent management processes (recruitment, hiring, affiliations, separation). Administer payroll, labor-related updates, and attendance control. Coordinate and support the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS). Manage disciplinary processes in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations. Coordinate occupational well-being, training, and organizational climate initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and parafiscal regulations.
