Job Summary:
We are seeking a Butcher or Meat Operator for a retail outlet, responsible for inventory rotation, receiving, storage, restocking the display counter, cutting and packaging meat, and sanitation.

Biff, a food company specializing in meat products and sausages, fully owned by residents of Boyaca, requires personnel to work as a Butcher or Meat Operator at a retail outlet located in the city center of Duitama.
Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in the following or related functions (documentation or certifications required):
1\. Ensure inventory rotation of products available for sale according to established procedures.
2\. Receive and store products.
3\. Maintain adequate stock on the display counter with products available for sale.
4\. Prepare, cut, and package raw meat products according to established procedures.
5\. Sanitize facilities, equipment, and utensils according to the cleaning and disinfection schedule.
And other duties.
Legal minimum wage + social benefits + transportation allowance.
Rotating schedule.
Contract type: Fixed-term contract with automatic renewal; direct employment contract with the company.
