Our Human First culture drives collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning as part of our everyday work. **The Impact of Your Role** ------------------------ As an Account Executive, you will serve as the bridge between the client and the agency’s internal teams, ensuring the correct execution of projects, campaigns, and communication initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day client relationship, coordinating creativity, planning, media, and production teams, and guaranteeing that every deliverable meets expected objectives, timelines, and quality standards. We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and anticipating the needs of both clients and internal teams. * **Your Day-to-Day** * Manage daily client relationships, responding to requests, briefs, and feedback * Coordinate with internal teams (creativity, planning, media, production) on project and campaign execution * Develop and track schedules, budgets, and deliverables * Draft and/or validate briefs, proposals, and client presentations * Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and strategic alignment for each deliverable * Identify growth opportunities within the account and communicate them to team leaders * Monitor billing, purchase orders, and administrative account processes * Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up documentation * Support building strong, trusting client relationships **️ What Will Make You Shine** ---------------------------- * 3–5 years of experience in account management, client service, or similar roles at advertising, marketing, or communications agencies * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (creativity, media, production) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Attention to detail and commitment to quality in deliverables * Proactivity and ability to anticipate client and internal team needs * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship management skills **✨ Bonus Points If…** ---------------------- * You have worked with brands in the automotive, FMCG, retail, or highly competitive categories * You have prior experience at advertising agencies or marketing consultancies * You are proficient with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday, etc.) * You have foundational knowledge of brand strategy, media, or digital production * Intermediate English proficiency **What We Offer You** ------------------------- * Indefinite-term employment contract * Hybrid working model * Learning and growth opportunities within a global network like WPP * A dynamic, collaborative, and creativity- and innovation-focused environment * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and one of the market’s most challenging and innovative industries At VML, we are committed to fostering a fully inclusive workplace that is rewarding and conducive to professional development.
