Position Summary:
Admissions Advisor responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, converting prospects into enrolled students through consultative selling and effective service.

As an Admissions Advisor reporting to the Commercial Director, your primary role is to execute the end-to-end admissions process, managing prospects throughout the commercial cycle, conducting guidance and consultative sales interviews, ensuring compliance with academic and administrative requirements, and delivering a close and effective service experience that converts prospects into enrolled students, in alignment with institutional policies and commercial goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve and exceed enrollment targets and commercial KPIs—including call volume, closing rate, HeadCount, and financial target—through disciplined prospect follow-up.
* Efficiently manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring correct CRM usage and accurate information updates.
* Conduct consultative sales interviews, identifying students’ and families’ needs, motivations, and objections to offer appropriate educational solutions.
* Effectively close commercial opportunities by empathetically addressing objections, executing strategic follow-ups, and accelerating decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with the admissions process and institutional regulations, guaranteeing complete files, accurate documentation, equivalency certifications, and payment support to formalize enrollment.
* Deliver an exceptional prospect experience by maintaining high service standards at every touchpoint—from first contact through to closing.
* Implement nurturing and relationship-building strategies, maintaining consistent and relevant communication with prospects in the consideration stage.
* Support institutional attraction and positioning strategies by providing insights derived from direct commercial execution.
* Analyze trends in the education market and provide feedback to internal departments, supplying key information to Marketing and Academic Leadership.
* Actively participate in forecasting and commercial planning processes, contributing data, insights, and commercial discipline to decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably within the education sector, professional services, or high-value B2C industries.
* Experience in customer service.
* Demonstrable experience consistently meeting sales quotas and managing medium- to long-cycle sales.
* Experience managing CRM systems and commercial productivity tools.
