Job Summary: We are seeking a Biomedical Engineer to ensure patient safety, maintenance, and optimization of medical technology, with a focus on patient well-being and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain, service, and optimize medical technology. 2. Lead regulatory compliance with INVIMA and the Technovigilance program. 3. Your mission will be to maintain, service, and optimize our medical technology, ensuring we operate at the highest quality standards and in strict compliance with Resolution 1732 of 2026\. **What challenges will you face, and how will you transform our environment?** * **Ensure safety and trust:** You will perform installation, calibration, and preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, guaranteeing flawless operation when it matters most. * **Lead through regulatory care:** You will serve as the guardian of CCAA standards (Resolution 1732 of 2026\) before INVIMA, managing documentation (POES), environmental variables, and responsibly leading the Technovigilance program. * **Accompany and teach with empathy:** You will train clinical staff on the safe use of equipment, resolving their questions and technical failures with the best attitude and willingness. * **Organize and project the future:** You will manage equipment inventories, maintenance schedules, and equipment life records, while also supporting the selection and onboarding of new medical technologies oriented toward innovation. **Who fits our team?** * A professional in **Biomedical Engineering** (with a valid professional license issued by INVIMA), combining a passion for electronics and medical instrumentation with rigorous quality management. * Someone exceptionally organized, proactive, and highly responsible. * A person who values teamwork, communicates empathetically, and consistently places patient well-being and safety at the center of all decisions. **What we offer you:** * **Location:** Medellín, Colombia * **Contract:** Indefinite term **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (with availability for Saturdays if required) * **Compensation:** COP 2,000,000 to 2,800,000 \+ all statutory benefits.
