Patient Program Coordinator Bogotá / Medellín \| Hybrid Your next challenge can transform lives At Salva Health, we are looking for a Patient Program Coordinator to lead the monitoring and operation of our programs, ensuring a close, organized, and timely experience for each patient. What will be your challenge? \- Accompany and monitor patients throughout their program journey. \- Coordinate and monitor the operation of \*\*home deliveries\*\*. \- Ensure \*\*traceability\*\* of patients and their processes. \- Implement actions that support \*\*adherence and continuity\*\* in the program. \- Manage incidents and coordinate with providers and partners. \- Monitor KPIs and opportunities for improvement. What are we looking for? A professional in Nursing, Health Sciences, Administration, or related fields, with 2+ years of experience in patient programs, healthcare services, user support, or process coordination. We especially value experience in: \- Patient support or accompaniment programs. \- Patient adherence and follow-up. \- Coordination of home deliveries and providers. \- KPI management and traceability. \- Pharmaceutical sector, medical devices, or HealthTech.
