BIC / Promotec, the first non-bank financial institution certified as a B Corporation, is seeking a Portfolio Advisor. Job Objective: Develop comprehensive technological solutions by applying guidelines, architectural standards, and sound coding practices, in order to ensure scalable, secure, and technically aligned software products meeting Project Management’s technical requirements. Requirements: • Currently enrolled student from the 5th semester onward in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields; OR a technologist with 2 years of experience. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace productivity tools. • Proficiency in development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Postman, SQL Server, and Jira. • 1 year of experience in this role. Conditions: • Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays as required by operations. • Salary: COP 3,500,000 + food allowance COP 500,000 (non-statutory) + incentive plan COP 500,000 (paid monthly in arrears) + statutory benefits – Monthly payment. • Indefinite-term contract. • Location: Puente Aranda, facing Distrito Grafiti station. • Lunch on alternate days.-Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma / Secondary education Less than 1 year of experience Keywords: developer, programmer
