Job Summary: We are seeking an Information Analyst to evaluate and manage the corporate reputation of clients by analyzing data and generating strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate and measure the corporate reputation of client companies. 2. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends. 3. Contribute to reputation management strategies. At Punto Cardinal Comunicaciones, we are looking for an INFORMATION ANALYST. Job Mission: Evaluate and manage the corporate reputation of clients who subscribe to this service through measurement, analysis, research, and interpretation of monitoring results, providing them with strategic recommendations to improve their public perception. Main Responsibilities: • Evaluate and measure the corporate reputation of client companies using specific methodologies. • Effectively analyze data and metrics using data analytics software and statistical tools to process and visualize data. • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Conduct market research through studies and surveys for evaluating and assessing corporate reputation. • Develop detailed analytical reports and present findings to internal and external clients—findings, risks, opportunities, and challenges. • Contribute to the formulation of reputation management strategies and provide strategic recommendations. • Propose and stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in corporate reputation evaluation. • Present analyses and reports to clients, delivering added value to the business unit. Requirements: • Students in final semesters or recent graduates in fields such as: Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, Economics, or Statistics. • More than 2 years of research experience (including experience in research groups or academic research seedbeds). • Solid knowledge of research through survey implementation. • Advanced data analytics skills and ability to work with data analytics tools. • Advanced proficiency in Power BI Key Competencies: • Oral and written communication • Collaborative teamwork • Results orientation • Ability to translate data into concrete actions.
