At **MBC Education**, we are looking for a **Commercial Coordinator** — a highly customer-oriented individual with strong commercial skills, follow-up capability, and passion for guiding families, young people, and professionals in choosing international educational experiences. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing individual prospects interested in academic programs, educational travel, international experiences, language courses, camps, specialized programs, and other services offered by the company. We seek someone with a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, discipline in client follow-up, and the ability to convert opportunities into effective sales. Key Responsibilities * Respond to and manage leads assigned by the company via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual or in-person meetings. * Provide personalized advisory services to individual clients and families interested in international educational programs. * Clearly present the features, benefits, conditions, and value propositions of the offered programs. * Conduct continuous follow-up with prospects until successful commercial closure is achieved. * Record and update commercial information in the tracking tools defined by the company. * Achieve the commercial targets assigned by the organization. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up on enrollment processes. * Support clients throughout the decision-making process, reservation of spots, document signing, and initial payments. * Coordinate with internal departments to deliver necessary information for program operations. * Participate in commercial meetings, performance indicator tracking, and promotional activities defined by the company. * Maintain close, professional, and timely communication with clients. Job Requirements * Technical, technological, or university degree in commercial, administrative, marketing, international business, tourism, education, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in consultative sales, commercial advisory, customer service, or lead management. * Preferred experience in selling educational services, international programs, academic tourism, language courses, travel, or intangible products. * Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, and commercial tracking platforms. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. * High level of organization, follow-up, and customer service orientation. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
