We seek a Support Assistant who ensures our campus operates flawlessly so that classes and events run smoothly without friction. **Role Purpose**: Ensure campus operations, safety, and presentation through timely facility maintenance, basic technical support, and logistical assistance. **Your Responsibilities**: Preventive and corrective maintenance (basic electricity, plumbing, painting, and repairs); inspections and incident reporting; basic technical support (keyboards, mice, connections, monitors/TVs); internal logistics and equipment relocation; shipment/receiving management; occasional operational support for security/access control. **What We’re Looking For:** 1+ year of hands-on experience in basic electrical work, plumbing, and facility maintenance. High school diploma. Responsible tool handling and compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations. Attention to detail, proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork. Clear communication and basic digital literacy (email, chat, activity logging). **Real-World Conditions:** Work Mode: On-site. Contract: Indefinite-term starting from the second month. Salary: COP $1,750,905 per month + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 / Sat 8:00–16:00. Why DNA Music?
