Develop teamwork and communication skills A prominent company in the food industry is currently seeking a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** to perform the following duties: \-Organize raw materials, products, and supplies in refrigerators, pantries, and other storage areas according to food and beverage preservation and handling protocols. \-Wash dishes, plates, and kitchen utensils; store them properly and set them up for service. \-Clean, sanitize, and disinfect equipment, kitchens, facilities, food preparation areas, and service areas in accordance with technical procedures. \-Assist cooks and chefs in tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, measuring, mixing, toasting, and heating ingredients related to food preparation. \-Perform related duties. Knowledge: **Food Handling Skills:** \-Assertive communication \-Teamwork \-Following instructions Academic Level: High School Graduate. Experience: **12 months** of experience as a kitchen assistant. Salary: $1\.750\.90500 \+ statutory benefits. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., fulfilling 46 weekly working hours; with one compensatory day off.
