At Siigo, we are looking for our next **Accounting Apprentice** to join our team and take innovation to the next level. Your Responsibilities: * Manage the recording of accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and traceability of information. * Prepare and control electronic invoicing, guaranteeing its correct issuance and tracking. * Prepare accounting forms and reports required by external entities and internal processes. * Address customer service requests related to invoicing, returns, and account balances. * Respond promptly to emails and operational requests associated with the accounting department. * Consolidate and provide reliable financial information for accounting closing and reporting. * Organize and maintain updated accounting records, files, and supporting documentation. * Support the management of departmental technological tools, ensuring their proper use. * Proactively report anomalies, inconsistencies, or risks in accounting information. What We Need From You: * Currently enrolled in a Technical or Technological program in Accounting. * Basic knowledge of accounting, accounting records, reconciliations, etc. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Stable internet connection.
