Job responsibilities include answering calls in English, calendar management, scheduling appointments with clients, and document handling. The ideal candidate must demonstrate polite and professional communication in English via telephone and email with clients and team members. The candidate will support the team by performing tasks related to organization and communication. Must possess conversational-level English proficiency.
