Technical management of claims and reinsurance coverages Analyze, administer, and monitor claims ceded to Sura Re and Sura SAC, validating coverages, exclusions, and contractual limits; coordinate with cedents, brokers, adjusters, and third-party specialists as required. 2\. Cash Call administration and payment flow Review, validate, and manage Cash Call requests; coordinate payments in accordance with treasury guidelines; process retrocession recoveries; and ensure timely responses to subsidiaries’ requirements. 3\. Financial and accounting control of claims Participate in reinsurance accounting close processes; validate entries, adjustments, and claim-related payments; ensure traceability, documentary support, and accurate accounting of transactions. 4\. Information analysis and report generation Monitor claim frequency trends by contract and business line; identify patterns and deviations; and prepare periodic reports for business, actuarial, reinsurance teams, as well as underwriting, claims, finance, and risk committees. 5\. Strategic support, renewals, and technology management Contribute to reinsurance and retrocession program renewals through claims analysis and lessons learned; participate in technology implementations, testing, migrations, and enhancements of systems supporting claims management. **KNOWLEDGE:** SPECIFY FIELD OF STUDY **Undergraduate degree in:** Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Systems, Finance, or Economics. **Postgraduate degree:** Preferably in Mathematics, Business Administration, or Finance. **KNOWLEDGE:** SPECIFY OTHER KNOWLEDGE Understanding of insurance and reinsurance contracts, clauses, and coverage structures. Analytical ability and data handling skills. Applied knowledge of the impact of claims on technical results. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (subsidiaries, retrocessionaires, technical leaders, and treasury). LANGUAGES ADVANCED English EXPERIENCE AREA 5 years of experience, including 3 years in claims and 2 years in insurance and/or reinsurance.
