Opportunity to contribute to continuous service improvement **Customer Service Analyst** **Location:** Sabaneta, Antioquia **Work Mode:** On-site Salary From **$2\.000\.000 monthly** (base salary \+ transportation allowance) \+ commissions \+ statutory benefits. **Schedule** **Until July 14:** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., on-site * **Saturdays:** 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (virtual). **Starting July 15:** * **Monday to Friday:** 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (hybrid mode: virtual and on-site). * **Saturdays:** 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (virtual). Main Responsibilities * Provide timely and courteous customer support via chat, phone calls, and other communication channels. * Manage customer requests, inquiries, updates, and requirements. * Follow up on cases until their proper resolution is ensured. * Support modification and updating of customer orders or requests when necessary. * Record information about completed interactions in the company's platforms. * Operate various internal platforms for tracking and managing requests. * Escalate cases requiring support from other departments in a timely manner. * Contribute to meeting service and customer satisfaction metrics. * Support continuous improvement of customer service processes. **Academic Qualifications** * High school graduate, technical or technological diploma holder, or student pursuing studies related to customer service, administration, marketing, communications, or related fields. **Experience** * No specific experience required. * Prior experience in customer service, call centers, customer support, sales, administrative management, or related roles will be valued. **Candidate Profile** We seek a person with an excellent service attitude, strong communication skills, customer orientation, and willingness to learn.
