At Repare, we are currently seeking talent to fill our Human Resources Coordination position to strengthen our team in Bogotá. Your responsibilities will be: Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Manage onboarding, training, and development processes. Administer and monitor payroll, personnel updates, contracts, and employee files. Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. Lead performance evaluation processes and improvement plans. Support organizational climate, wellness, and internal communication initiatives. Generate and analyze human talent management indicators. Provide HR-related guidance and support to leaders and employees. Occupational Health and Safety Requirements Professional degree in Psychology / Business Administration More than 5 years of experience leading the Human Resources area Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues, and to lead teams. Previous experience in Human Resources coordination. Knowledge of labor regulations and corporate policies. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
