Professional development within a solid food industry company At Grupo Lactalis, we are looking for a Management Controller who wishes to contribute to the financial and operational control of our plant, ensuring information quality, productive efficiency, and business profitability. Position Purpose Provide technical support to Plant Management through analysis, control, and closing of operational information, guaranteeing inventory integrity, factory expense control, and accuracy of profitability indicators. Main Responsibilities Control and analyze plant expenses (OPEX) versus budget. Ensure reliability of operational and financial closings. Manage and validate raw material and finished product inventories. Analyze variations, losses, and operational deviations. Develop and monitor productivity and efficiency indicators. Prepare profitability analysis by production line (SKU). Participate in developing the plant’s annual budget. Audit proper cost and expense allocation. Requirements Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in management control, costing, or finance roles within industrial or production environments. Knowledge of cost structures (fixed and variable) and indicator analysis. Key Requirement (MANDATORY) Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
