Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site, remote, and telephone technical support to users of applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes) within the organization. * Manage and document tickets using ITSM tools. * Coordinate with network services, software systems engineers, or application development teams to restore service or identify issues. * Provide support for videoconferencing rooms. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical diploma, technology degree, or currently pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in on-site technical support. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Availability to work rotating shifts of 14 days on-site followed by 14 days off. * Conversational English skills are desirable. * Knowledge of ITIL practices. * Familiarity with Windows 11 operating system and Microsoft Office 365. * Excellent customer service and service quality skills. * Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
