Variety of career opportunities and wellness benefits **Company:** ------------ Marsh **Description:** ---------------- **Operations Analyst:** We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Operations team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogota \- Calle 26, providing support to Peru. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. As an Operations Analyst focused on Benefits, you will be responsible for validating insurers' business rules, administering subscription policies, monitoring compliance with service levels, and supporting health risk policy movements in the SGS system.
