




Position Summary: We are seeking a PMO Coordinator to lead and support retail projects from a methodological perspective, ensuring their proper structuring, monitoring, and control by applying best practices in project management. We require a PMO Coordinator for our team, whose mission will be to lead and/or support multiple projects across various business units and corporate functions from a methodological standpoint, ensuring correct structuring, monitoring, and control. This entails comprehensive management of key aspects including scope, schedule, budget, and risks, while applying best practices in project management. The role contributes to and safeguards efficient execution of each initiative—aligned with strategic objectives—optimizing available resources and promoting continuous improvement. Job Objectives: Ensure methodological compliance of projects according to frameworks defined by the PMO, guaranteeing rigorous application of best practices in both traditional and agile project management. Transform ideas into viable initiatives by structuring robust business cases that include technical, financial, and strategic evaluations of the project, as well as its expected return. Simultaneously support multiple projects—from negotiation and organizational definition stages through implementation, production launch, and stabilization—ensuring methodological consistency and alignment with institutional objectives. Lead functional and strategic analyses together with involved departments, identifying requirements, impacts, and key dependencies for effective project execution. Comprehensively structure projects by addressing dimensions such as scope, schedule, budget, and risks, applying appropriate methodologies based on project nature and promoting resource efficiency. Execute ongoing monitoring and control across multiple projects, tracking key indicators related to scope, time, cost, and risks, and proposing corrective actions when necessary. Design and present executive reports, technical reports, and visualizations summarizing project status, adapting language and format according to the target audience (senior leadership, technical teams, stakeholders). Academic Level: Professional degree in Administration, Administrative Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or International Business, with specialization in Project Management or Project Leadership. Minimum 3 years of experience. Proficiency and knowledge of Scrum Master, Agile Coach and/or Product Owner, Power BI, Tableau. We Offer: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
