Job Summary: We are seeking a Production and Operations Coordinator to lead and optimize production processes in the manufacturing of curtains and blinds. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and optimize production processes for curtains and blinds 2. Coordinate production operations and supervise plant personnel 3. Ensure control, order, and compliance at the plant VACANCY — PRODUCTION AND OPERATIONS COORDINATOR A leading company in the custom manufacturing of curtains and blinds is looking for a Production and Operations Coordinator to lead and optimize the company's production processes. (Living in Toberín or the northern zone is essential). Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise all production operations for curtains and blinds. - Schedule production orders and conduct daily follow-up. - Monitor delivery timelines and adherence to schedules. - Lead plant operational staff. - Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce errors. - Supervise quality of sewing and finished products. - Manage inventories of fabrics, supplies, and materials. - Identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements. - Coordinate dispatches and installations with the commercial team. - Implement production indicators and management reports. - Ensure order, control, and compliance within the plant. *Requirements: - High school diploma, technical, technological, or university degree. - Minimum 2 years of certified experience in production coordination, operations management, and personnel supervision, with the ability to plan processes, control delivery times, and ensure achievement of operational objectives. *Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (No Sundays or holidays). *We Offer: -Basic salary + commissions + transportation allowance. -Legal benefits -Job stability -Indefinite-term contract.
