Lead and motivate work teams through effective communication At NEROLI SAS, we seek a Production Supervisor with experience in managing production teams to supervise and optimize our processes. Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient production in compliance with quality, safety, and BPM standards, leading your assigned personnel to achieve production plan targets in terms of quantity, timing, and quality, while considering resource management and continuous improvement. You must possess the ability to manage and motivate work teams, with leadership and effective communication skills, as well as the capacity to analyze and efficiently resolve operational issues. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts (5:30 am – 1:30 pm, 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm, 9:30 pm – 5:30 am).
