




Job Summary: Support operations in the processing area and warehouse to ensure food quality and safety by performing daily verifications and controls. Key Highlights: 1. Academic Qualifications Technologist in food processing and/or quality control or industrial chemistry. Practical Experience Two or more years performing related duties in food companies (inventory control, process control, operations). Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). Job Objective Support operations in the processing area and warehouse to ensure the quality and safety of foods entering for commercialization. Core Responsibilities Verify, control, and record chlorine and pH levels in water and disinfectant concentrations. Perform daily quality records during temperature monitoring of rooms. Verify cleaning and disinfection conditions of equipment and food handling areas. Verify compliance with GMPs. Monitor pest control fumigation activities. Conduct organoleptic tests. Receive laboratories for microbiological and physicochemical analysis. Support documentation and review at branches to ensure up-to-date status.
