We are currently looking for our next Returns Leader — a professional with operational vision, leadership skills, and a focus on logistics efficiency to strengthen our reverse logistics process. Your Purpose Participate in and integrate the reverse logistics value chain, ensuring compliance with service agreements, proper inventory management, and continuous operational improvement — guaranteeing efficient processes aligned with the company's quality standards. Your main challenges will be: Lead and coordinate operational activities of the returns process. Ensure adherence to customer service timelines and commitments. Coordinate and support the area's operational team. Join this challenge if: You hold a technical degree in Logistics, Administration, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. You have at least 2 years of experience in reverse logistics and quality processes. You possess knowledge of ERP, WMS, BPM systems, and intermediate-level Office software proficiency.
