Driven by its ambition for growth and expansion, Inetum generated revenue of €2\.500 million in 2023\. **Job Description** **24x7 System Operator \- Copérnico** From Inetum Spain’s Operations line, we require a Data Center operations profile: a Senior Data Center Operator working 24x7 rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The selected candidate will join the client’s operations team. Responsibilities of the Operator: * 24x7 system operator on 8-hour rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night): * Monitoring of systems and networks * Monitoring of backups and batch production * Technical user telephone support * Review and tracking of incidents * Resolution of Level 1 technical issues **Experience:** Not required; **desirable** experience in system and infrastructure monitoring, ticketing management, and execution of technical procedures. **Competencies:** Document management capability, request and incident handling, assertive communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience in IT environments. Being organized is mandatory.
