Develop instructional materials according to Auteco University’s objectives and guidelines. Develop curricula and prepare educational resources. Deliver technical training with a commercial focus. Manage the status and inventory of tools and supplies. Support product update and launch programs. Monitor training impact and assess participants’ knowledge. Conduct evaluations and provide feedback to participants. Perform technical analysis of new models and compare them against manuals. Implement adjustments arising from alignment between the model and the service manual. · Required Academic Qualifications: Technical degree in motorcycle mechanics, electronics, systems, or automotive engineering, depending on the sector. Pedagogical or technical training background (desirable). · Required Experience: 1–2 years in motorcycle technical service, technical training, personnel training, or specialized support. Mobility Requirements: Willingness to travel.
