Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented production operator to participate in assembly, packaging, and order preparation while maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active participation in product assembly and packaging 2. Handling of materials, tools, and production machinery 3. Teamwork and adaptation to production pace We are looking for a hardworking individual with production experience to join our production team in Manzanares. If you have good manual dexterity and feel comfortable in an industrial environment, this could be your opportunity. Your main tasks will include handling materials, operating tools and production line machinery, and keeping your work area clean and organized to ensure smooth and safe operations. You will participate in product assembly and packaging, ensuring everything is perfect before shipment readiness. You will also prepare orders, where your attention to detail will be crucial. It is essential that you can work both independently and as part of a team, adapting to the production pace. At least one year of prior experience in a similar production role is required. Having your own vehicle is mandatory, as the location is somewhat remote. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Sunday—including scheduled rest days—is also essential. Basic computer skills are desirable, and the minimum educational requirement is Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). The salary is €14.35 gross per hour. Minimum 1 year of experience as a production operator. Own vehicle mandatory. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) Monday through Sunday. Basic office software skills.
