Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Design and Development Analyst to support architectural design, 3D modeling, and technical documentation preparation. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Project Design and Development Analyst** Join our team! **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Spatial Design, or Technical/Technological degree in Architectural Design or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in: architectural design, 3D modeling, preparation and interpretation of architectural drawings, furniture and urban elements design, technical documentation preparation, and executive presentations. **Knowledge:** * Conceptual design knowledge * 3D modeling knowledge * Knowledge of preparation and interpretation of architectural drawings * Knowledge of furniture and urban elements design * Knowledge of technical documentation and executive presentation preparation **Responsibilities:** * Support technical site visits and architectural surveys. * Develop 3D models and renders for electric charging stations and special projects.\* Support the development of architectural and conceptual proposals. * Design furniture, urban elements, and specialized components associated with charging stations. * Prepare site layouts, construction details, and technical documentation. * Research national and international references related to electric mobility infrastructure. * Prepare commercial and executive presentations for clients and management. * Implement design adjustments and updates arising from project development. * Organize and maintain an up-to-date library of materials and components for the department. * Support the development of new business lines and architectural products for the company. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the nature of the position.
