Requirements: Technical, technological or professional degree in logistics, administration or related fields. Experience as a warehouse supervisor, logistics supervisor or in similar roles. Knowledge of inventory control, storage, and goods dispatch. Personnel management and leadership of work teams. Organizational skills, performance tracking, and achievement of KPIs. Resident of Mosquera or nearby areas. Main Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operational activities. Coordinate goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. Ensure inventory control and accuracy. Lead and support the work team. Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures. Working Conditions: Work location: Mosquera, Cundinamarca. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract.
