Supports recruitment, selection, well-being, and occupational safety and health (OSH) processes A prominent company in the Electric Sector requires a Human Resources Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in this position, with knowledge in selection management, hiring, payroll, social security, OSH Management System (OSH-MS), well-being, development, labor relations, regulatory compliance, contributing to employee well-being and achievement of organizational objectives, as well as performance management and performance evaluation Responsibilities • Support recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes for employees and interns. • Manage employment documentation, contracts, affiliations, and physical and digital employee files. • Coordinate occupational medical examinations upon entry and support termination processes (exit interviews and clearance certificates). • Support implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Management System and keep its documentation up to date. • Process requests for safety equipment required for job positions. • Support execution of training programs, induction evaluations, and well-being activities. • Promote safe and healthy work practices and support environmental management and waste handling activities. • Support organizational culture initiatives and personnel development. Working Conditions Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
