We seek a dynamic, organized, and proactive Production Assistant to join our team, who will play a critical role in supporting production planning, scheduling, and control—ensuring resource availability, proper order management, and data accuracy to guarantee efficient execution of our production process. Main Responsibilities: - Support production schedule planning and monitoring by analyzing forecasts, orders, and material availability. - Ensure adherence to established timelines and effective coordination with involved departments (Sales, Dispatch, Operations). - Generate production orders and labels according to the daily schedule. - Verify the accuracy of information recorded in production orders, ensuring traceability of raw materials. - Validate material availability in the system and notify responsible personnel of any discrepancies. - Schedule estimated production dates based on manufacturing lead times and material availability. - Manage reanalysis processes and ensure corresponding label updates. - Support inventory control processes, including random counts and physical inventory assistance. Job Requirements: - Academic background: Technical or technological degree in production processes or administrative management. - Knowledge: Document management, proficiency with office tools, manufacturing processes. - Competencies: Attention to detail, sense of urgency, organizational skills. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in related processes, specifically in production planning or scheduling.
