Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery quality, utilizing design tools and managing resources efficiently. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of projects with internal and external teams. 2. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. 3. Supervision of efficient resource utilization and delivery quality. Develop detailed schedules and ensure compliance with established deadlines. Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams to align project objectives. Supervise and produce drawings, plans, and technical specifications using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Supervise the efficient use of allocated resources, including materials and budget. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure delivery quality. Conduct periodic site visits to verify that work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Identify and report potential project deviations and propose solutions.
