Provides comprehensive transactional and administrative support ### **Job Title** Services Account Manager Support ### **Job Description** **Services Account Manager Support:** Is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through personalized service. **Your role:** * Develops and maintains strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and personalized service. * Assists in the execution of strategic and tactical sales plans designed to exceed financial targets, with a focus on Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, and Contract Renewals. * Works meticulously under direct supervision and established processes, ensuring adherence to operational policies to maintain consistency and high standards of work output. * Provides comprehensive transactional and administrative support related to in\-scope processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines. **You're the right fit if:** * You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent. * You have 2\+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Service Delivery Management or equivalent * Strong customer orientation with a clear sense of urgency to understand and address client needs. * Intermediate level of English proficiency. * Comfortable engaging in sales\-related activities **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office\-based teams, this means working in\-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full\-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
