Responsible for bar cleaning, inventory, and raw material control The Mexican restaurant is seeking a female or male Bar Assistant who is responsible, organized, and focused on beverage preparation, contributing to the smooth operation of the sales point and compliance with quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry. * Interest in beverage preparation and order packaging. * Full-time availability. **Responsibilities:** * Beverage preparation * Cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection of work area. * Inventory management, stock rotation, labeling, and raw material control for the bar. * Receiving goods, washing bar tableware and other utensils. **We Offer:** * 1 SMLMV \+ statutory transportation allowance \+ benefits. * Overtime pay **Our Working Hours:** * Sunday to Sunday with one compensatory day per week Workplace: On-site employment
