We are looking for a person who can coordinate and execute category growth based on shopper knowledge within the assigned channel, developing segmentation, customer, multi-category, and Success Movie strategies to ensure accurate and profitable point-of-sale execution. · Main Responsibilities: · 1. Lead the Category Management process for customers and categories where Postobón holds leadership, continuously and actively collaborating with the customer to develop promotional, pricing, display, and other plans that drive profitable category growth. · 2. Propose and implement efficient product display and assortment strategies for assigned customer/channel categories, ensuring compliance with segmentation processes. · 3. Actively monitor and develop the implementation of shopper actions defined per category for the assigned customer/channel, in order to deliver valuable insights for Trade Marketing execution.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 3 years of experience Keywords: developer, programmer
