What will you do in this role? You will be DHL's voice to our customers, delivering an exceptional experience in every interaction. Key responsibilities include: * Handling inquiries, requests, and complaints via multiple channels (phone, email, chat). * Providing effective and timely solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Tracking cases and ensuring their proper resolution. * Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes. * Building trust-based relationships with our customers.
