Main Responsibilities: Data entry and information updates. Organization and archiving of physical and digital documents. Report generation and database management. Administrative support to various departments. Verification and control of records. Requirements: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in administrative or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Excel and office software. Organized, agile, and detail-oriented individual. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Wednesdays and Thursdays until 4:00 p.m. Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + transportation allowance + statutory benefits.
