Human Resources Coordinator A company in the Textile/Fashion industry is looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all personnel-related activities, from selecting and hiring new employees to overseeing performance and payroll management. We seek a proactive profile with strategic vision and strong execution capability. Your primary mission will not only be administering the current workforce but also structuring, standardizing, and implementing all Human Talent area processes to support the company’s growth (in production facilities, retail outlets, and digital channels). Professional Profile: Education: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in Human Talent Management or Labor Legislation is desirable. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR coordination or leadership roles. Highly valued is prior experience in creating or restructuring HR departments from scratch. Knowledge: Proficiency in HR automation tools (payroll/attendance software), recruitment methodologies, and current labor legislation.
