Access to continuous training to improve skills We are seeking an Operations Assistant for INVERSIONES NUEVA TRANSPORTADORA SAS. Responsibilities Manage the company's daily operations. Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth transportation. Analyze operational reports and generate improvement reports. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize processes. Properly control and archive all documents, records, and forms handled in the position. Comply with various instructional procedures and records assigned to the position. Perform other duties assigned according to the nature and functional area of the position. Receive and archive approved documentation from new and/or updated customers. Record pending orders due to inventory shortages in the EAD system. Generate and analyze all statistical data related to core processes such as transportation, storage, security, and traffic. Support the National Operations Directorate in various area processes. Prepare the customer departure payroll report and submit it before 10 AM; upload it to the platform. Send the closure report to customers upon completion of the operation. Prepare the in-route delivery report for the customer and send the first report before 9 AM. Requirements Experience as an Operations Assistant. Knowledge of transportation management systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Effective communication skills.
