Job Summary: We are seeking a Technology Manager with strategic vision and technical leadership to drive the implementation of new technologies and strengthen internal processes. Today, we seek a Technology Manager who wants to join this expansion phase, drive the implementation of new technologies, and strengthen the company through cutting-edge developments. Therefore, this role has a critical impact: leading the development and evolution of the company’s information systems, managing technology projects, ensuring integration and stability of platforms, and promoting digital transformation initiatives that deliver business value. What do you need to take on this challenge? - University degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar or equivalent roles. - Specific knowledge in software development and application architecture, including structured, modular, object-oriented, layered, and functional programming. - Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP). - Experience with development tools and technologies such as HTML5, Java J2EE, and Bootstrap; relational database management (MySQL); - Application integration and communication; and use of requirements management and development environment tools—preferably with foundational knowledge in finance.
