Job Summary: We are seeking a production plant operator with experience to operate and maintain the stretch film rewinding machine, ensuring product quality and achievement of production targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating the stretch film rewinding machine. 2. Inspecting quality and packaging of finished products. 3. Reporting defects and complying with safety regulations. Experience * Minimum six (6) months of experience in production plants, preferably in plastic, packaging, or industrial process companies. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate the stretch film rewinding machine according to established procedures. * Verify that the product meets specifications for width, weight, gauge, and presentation. * Perform roll and material changes as required. * Identify and report defects or anomalies during the production process. * Package, label, and organize finished products. * Accurately complete production and quality control forms. * Keep the machine and workstation clean and organized. * Assist with product changeovers and machine setup. * Promptly report mechanical damage or failures to the supervisor. * Meet the production targets set by the company. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations and the company's Internal Work Regulations. * Participate in training sessions scheduled by the company. * Support other departmental activities as required.
