




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant with willingness and the right attitude to ensure strict control over shipments, production quality, and raw material receipt. Key Highlights: 1. Strict control over shipments and verification of loading. 2. Quality monitoring from production to finished product. 3. Strengthening control during raw material receipt. We are currently looking for a Quality Assistant — we seek a candidate available to start work as soon as possible, with time availability and the best possible attitude! Responsibilities: Implement strict shipment control through a tracking log, verifying all loading activities and reducing incidents related to product dispatch. \* Expand daily coverage of quality activities by monitoring processes until production and baking are completed (including mixing and stuffing stages). \* Strengthen control during raw material receipt, tracking from vehicle arrival through unloading and receipt completion, ensuring compliance with requirements and process traceability. \* Verify diet inspection and packaging: product presentation, package integrity and sealing, labeling, batch number, expiration date, and other quality criteria prior to finished product release. \* Support cleaning and disinfection monitoring, operational verifications, recordkeeping, and routine area controls. \* Provide operational support to Quality Analysts by coordinating activities and processes requiring follow-up while they handle dispatch, production, or raw material receipt. \* Promptly report any deviations, incidents, or non-conformities detected during verification activities to the Quality Analyst or Quality Manager. Education: Technical or technological degree in Quality, Food Science, or related fields. (High school diploma with equivalent experience in a food manufacturing plant is also considered.) Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a food manufacturing plant or in quality control/verification activities. Training: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food handling. Competencies: Attention to detail, discipline in recordkeeping, communication, teamwork, and adherence to instructions. Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + statutory benefits + transportation allowance + company benefits. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating 8-hour shifts, complying with the legally mandated maximum working hours. Work Location: Puente Aranda Industrial Zone.
