We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Protagonist of Transformation:** You will serve as the point of contact for operational stability, acting as the first line of response to any event impacting business continuity. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: **Monitoring and supervising** system, application, and infrastructure health continuously, ensuring service availability under 7x24 operational models. **Detecting, classifying, and resolving** Level 1 (N1) incidents promptly and judiciously, applying established procedures under the ITIL framework to minimize impact duration. **Managing operational requests**, prioritizing and escalating them timely to appropriate levels, ensuring traceability and effective communication in each case. **Analyzing alerts, metrics, logs, and traces** from observability tools to identify anomalies, trends, and potential impacts before they escalate. **Documenting and recording** every event, incident, and action taken rigorously—contributing to the team’s knowledge base and continuous improvement of NOC processes. **Coordinating escalations** to Level 2 (N2) and Level 3 (N3) teams, ensuring each handover includes the necessary technical context for efficient resolution. **Participating in rotating shifts**, serving as a key contributor to the NOC’s continuous operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Join Our \#TopazTeam:** Requirements: Technologist or Engineer in Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields Minimum 1 year of experience in **monitoring and observability** of platforms and infrastructure Knowledge and application of **ITIL** best practices for incident and request management Availability to work **rotating 7x24 shifts** Skills in customer service, time management, effective communication, and analytical thinking Desirable: We value candidates with experience in **Dynatrace** for observability and application analysis, as well as knowledge of cloud infrastructure with **AWS**, and proficiency in **Rancher** for containerized environments. Experience using **Jira** for ticket management and prior roles in **Level 1 (N1) support** within operations centers will be considered a differentiating advantage—as will familiarity with other monitoring and event management tools. **Additional Information** Your experience at Topaz is our top priority!
