Position Summary: Execute tasks related to the product procurement process, supporting supplier and procurement management to ensure supply chain efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Proposal of new technologies for program efficiency Permanent, full-time $2\.250\.000 Hybrid work (until probation period is completed) Willingness to travel **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Execute tasks related to the organization’s product procurement process. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Execute procurement processes for monthly requirements from both operations and support departments. * Support the National Procurement Officer. * Manage suppliers and procurement processes. * Conduct supplier selection processes in accordance with the Organization’s Manual guidelines. * Report procurement of supplies to logistics staff to schedule their receipt. * Monitor and notify delivery of supplies jointly with logistics staff. * Manage product warranties where applicable. * Propose the use of new technologies, products, and efficient services that contribute to program efficiency. * Conduct active follow-up on procurement processes to ensure efficient supply chain compliance. **Requirements** * University student in final semesters, or holder of a Technical or Technologist degree in fields related to this position. * Minimum two years’ experience performing activities related to product and supply procurement, procurement process management, supplier management, warranty management for purchased products, monitoring of supply deliveries, and database updates. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel to HALO Colombia’s regional locations (Antioquia, Meta, Cauca, Norte de Santander). * Experience with procurement software will be valued. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits** Indefinite-term contract.
