Variance analysis and preparation of managerial reports **Ilah Engineering S.A.S.** requires the following professional for its team: **COST AND BUDGET PROFESSIONAL** *(Civil Engineer preferred; Architects also eligible) **Required Profile** We seek a highly committed, analytical, and results-oriented professional with experience in financial and technical control of construction projects. **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Preference will be given to candidates with a Civil Engineering background. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in similar roles within the construction sector. * Demonstrable experience in: * Construction cost estimation and control. * Construction budgeting. * Reconciliations with clients and contractors. * Financial statements and work progress certifications. * Calculation and control of construction quantities. * Contractual management and monitoring. * Budgetary control and variance analysis. * Preparation of managerial reports. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and update construction budgets. * Conduct direct and indirect cost analyses. * Perform financial reconciliations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Review executed quantities and work progress certifications. * Monitor budget execution across projects. * Track contractual compliance. * Present financial and technical reports to management. * Propose strategies for cost optimization and profitability improvement. **Competencies** * Strong numerical analytical skills. * Planning and organizational abilities. * Leadership and teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Attention to detail. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and budgeting software. **Employment Conditions** * Contract type: To be determined. * Salary: Based on experience and profile. * Location: Bogotá. * Work mode: On-site.
