Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor in maintenance and civil construction to carry out tasks from preparation to finishing, ensuring quality and safety. Supervising assistants and managing materials We are looking for a Construction Supervisor with experience in maintenance and civil construction. This person will be responsible for executing tasks related to the preparation, execution, and finishing of civil works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with established timelines. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions. Main Responsibilities: Site preparation, excavations, demolitions and cleaning, interpretation of blueprints and performing layout and leveling, formwork and reinforcement of structural elements, construction of lightweight walls (drywall, superboard), preparations for electrical, hydraulic and sanitary installations, finishing: plastering, stucco, painting, support in civil and architectural maintenance activities, procurement and management of materials and tools, on-site supervision of assistants, compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Contract Type: Permanent / Project-based or Indefinite (depending on the project) Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with availability to work on Sundays or holidays if operationally required.
