This opportunity is for you! **Position:** **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** High school diploma with relevant work experience and/or technical or technological degree in construction, civil works, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable experience as a Construction Supervisor in construction projects (civil works, housing, urban development, or infrastructure). * Specific experience in waffle slab construction (layout, excavation, formwork, pouring, and finishing). * Proficiency in tools and equipment specific to the trade. **Responsibilities:** * Execute construction activities in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Experience in masonry, drywall, electrical networks, and sanitary networks. * Wall erection, plastering, tiling, concrete pouring, and finishing. * Basic interpretation of construction drawings. * Support in organizing the worksite and material control. * Basic supervision and guidance of construction assistants. * Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional Saturdays. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) or higher based on experience \+ statutory benefits. * Full-time contract. * Job stability. * Growth and continuous learning opportunities. * Professional and dynamic work environment. **Location:** Bogotá, El Dorado Avenue No. 103\-08, Aercaribe Entrance 1\.
