This position is essential to delivering exceptional facility management services to our clients, maintaining high property standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating preventive maintenance programs, managing service orders, controlling budgets, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This role offers the opportunity to generate direct impact on property performance while developing your leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that supports JLL’s commitment to excellence in facility management. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily preventive maintenance activities performed by team members (maintenance technicians) * Monitor and ensure timely closure of all service orders in the management system (Corrigo) * Manage inventory control of materials and spare parts used by maintenance personnel * Track and control expenses in accordance with established budgets and financial objectives • Supervise the 1E procurement process and coordinate purchasing activities • Provide administrative support for facility operations and documentation requirements * Conduct daily cleaning inspections to maintain property standards and customer satisfaction * Control and manage HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) work permits and compliance **Required Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in facility management or related field preferred * Minimum 2\-3 years of supervisory experience in building maintenance or facility management * Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and building systems * Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), particularly Corrigo * Experience with budget management, cost control, and procurement processes * Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations and permit requirements * Fluency in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills **Location:** On\-site –Bogota, COL If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
