A local business group specializing in the construction sector, with extensive market experience and a strong track record, committed to excellence in the quality of our projects and services, is looking for a **Mini-Loader and Vibro-Compactor Operator in Barranquilla.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and control yellow machinery safely and efficiently. * Conduct daily inspections of machinery to identify potential mechanical and safety issues. * Perform basic maintenance on machinery to ensure proper operation. * Comply with company and worksite safety regulations. * Carry out material loading, unloading, and transportation tasks. * Collaborate with other team members to complete construction projects on time and as planned. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to ensure efficiency and safety at the worksite. **Requirements:** * Completion of courses or certification as a yellow machinery operator, preferably as a Mini-Loader Operator. * Valid driver’s license. * Verifiable work certifications as Mini-Loader and Vibro-Compactor Operator. * Basic knowledge of machinery mechanics and maintenance. * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience operating yellow machinery. * Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety standards. * Teamwork skills. * Flexible schedule to work overtime if required. **Benefits:** * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Continuous training. * Job stability.
