Structured and dynamic work environment Caseetrans S.A.S is a Colombian company present in the market since 2008, specializing in the marketing, importation, and distribution of spare parts for heavy machinery, with a focus on components for axles, transmissions, and servo-transmissions, serving strategic sectors such as construction, mining, agriculture, industry, and port operations; currently, it is seeking a Procurement Assistant to strengthen its procurement department, targeting technicians or technologists in administrative, logistics, international trade, or related fields, with a minimum of **1 year of experience** in procurement processes and essential knowledge of spare parts for heavy machinery, with industrial or heavy machinery environment experience being highly valued. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute the procurement process for spare parts, supplies, and services according to internal requisitions. * Request, analyze, and compare quotations from suppliers. * Prepare purchase orders and track them until final delivery. * Coordinate with the warehouse for receipt and verification of materials. * Ensure compliance with agreed timelines, quality standards, and commercial terms. * Identify, evaluate, and maintain strategic suppliers. * Support billing processes and documentation management within the department. * Monitor deliveries, pricing, and supplier performance. **Key Competencies** * Technical knowledge of spare parts for heavy machinery * Analytical and negotiation skills * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and commitment to compliance * Teamwork **We Offer** * Job stability in an established company * Professional development opportunities * Structured and dynamic work environment * Direct employment with the organization **This is your opportunity to grow with us!** Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
